Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return. You’ll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, you will be provided with detailed return instructions and the return address by email.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be eligible for a refund.


Shipping costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including:

  • the original shipping cost, and
  • the return shipping cost,

unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),
  • custom or personalized products,
  • personal care goods (such as beauty products),
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.


European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the item, for any reason and without providing a justification.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at support@betweensends.com.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs under the right of withdrawal, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed on your original payment method within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
