Shipping Methods
We currently offer standard shipping within Hungary via Foxpost.
Orders are delivered to Foxpost parcel lockers or pickup points selected by the customer during checkout.
Shipping Costs
The shipping fee is a flat rate of 1,500 HUF per order, which is paid by the customer at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the order is canceled due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
After dispatch, estimated delivery via Foxpost is typically 2-5 business days, depending on the destination, selected parcel locker or pickup point, and carrier conditions.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, high-volume periods, parcel locker availability, or other circumstances outside our control may extend the delivery timeframe.
If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and available options.
Shipping Area
At this time, we only ship within Hungary.
International shipping is not available.
